Juice Recipes

JUICE RECIPE #1:
This is what I drink every day when I take all my natural vitamins, nutrients, probiotics

Makes one large pitcher, good for 3 or more days. The more lemon, the better!

8 carrots  / zanahorias
6 tomatoes  / tomates
1 red chili pepper  / chile pimiento rojo
2 beets  / remolacha
1 onion / cebolla
5 celery sticks / tallos de apio
2 garlic cloves / diente de ajo
1 pinch of salt / pellizcar de sal
1 to 2 large lemons / 1 o 2 limón grande

I grind everything in my trusty Champion juicer and keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Drink to be healthy, wealthy and wise! (Well, maybe not "wealthy" but you will certainly be healthy!)

Makes 1 serving:

Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1 cucumber (8-1/4") 
  • Lemon - 1 fruit (2-1/8" dia)
  • Onion (spring/scallion) - 1 medium (4-1/8" long)
  • Parsley - 1 handful
  • Pepper (sweet red) - 1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.)
  • Tomatoes - 3 small whole (2-2/5" dia)

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
